We are pleased to introduce a new species of Ahimsa products - Sock Friends! Roger the Dog is the first in what we hope will be a long line of friends and companions for you and the monkeys.

     Like the monkeys, no two Friends are exactly the same since we use vintage buttons and fabric. Unfortunately this means that once a Friends is sold, we cannot make another one!

Sock Dogs
	Chi Chi Chi Chi has a day job with Maurice the organ grinder. Maurice bought her a lovely sequined cape to attract attention to their otherwise lackluster performances. Thankfully, it works and he has more than made his money back. That thrift store outfit really paid off!	SOLD
	Melvin Melvin's life just ain't what it used to be. He longs to run around, eating grass, bark, and flowers. However, he knows it will only lead to intestinal disaster. He has already seen his doctor six times for eating socks and doesn't want to head down that road again!	SOLD
	Spot Spot is the ringleader of his neighborhood pack. They roam the streets during the day and find a cozy spot behind the local trattoria at night. Occasionally, the café's owner tosses out the day's leftovers. Spot can't wait until he can share a plate of spaghetti and that special "Lady and the Tramp" moment with his hot mama.	SOLD
	Petnuia Petunia is sad because her people keep her inside all day, leaving her to gaze out the living room windows at frolicking squirrels, wishing she could chase them. Her neighbor, Butch, makes fun of her delicate collar, but everyone knows he's simply jealous.	SOLD
	Darren Darren gets made fun of at the local doggie park because he insists on wearing his shawl all the time. He thinks that he is too good for playing fetch, but lowers himself to sniff other dogs´ rear ends. Go figure! He refuses anything less than beluga caviar.	SOLD
	Princess Princess likes to sleep at the foot of her owners´ bed. She is the envy of everyone at her doggie daycare because her owners sleep on a waterbed. She wore floaties to bed at first because of her deathly fear of drowning. But she soon learned that was impossible.	SOLD
	Miguel Miguel is a misunderstood boy. He means well, but often gets misinterpreted and ends up in scuffles in his neighborhood. The crux of the matter seems to be that he barks in Spanish and the neighbor kids think he is swearing at them. But he´s simply saying hello.	SOLD
	Spunky Spunky is a young pup and just can´t keep his yip-yap zipped. He often is scolded by his owners but frankly, he loves the attention even though it is negative. He just can´t seem to get along with his brothers and sisters, who are all feline.	SOLD
	Rex Rex is obsessed with fire hydrants. Be they red, yellow, green or dingy grey, he simply MUST leave his mark on them. He also finds them to be excellent spots for picking up some lovely ladies. He´s such a stud!	SOLD
	Roger Roger is a perky little puppy who enjoys meeting new doggies, particularly dachsunds. His favorite snack is peanut butter on Ritz crackers and he loves chasing tennis balls. I mean, who DOESN´T???	SOLD
	Sparky Sparky lives up to his peppy name. He enjoys frisbees in the park on sunny days and splashing through puddles on rainy days. He hopes to settle down more once he finds that special someone to call his lady.	SOLD
Sock Rabbits
	Smuckers Smuckers is a naughty little bunny. She takes advantage of a local neighbor who feels sorry for Smuckers and feeds her table scraps. Little does this person know, Smuckers is a full-time, well-paid employee of Monsanto. She works as an insider and leaks Monsanto´s secrets to Harper´s.	SOLD
	Jack Jack is the fastest of all the rabbits in the ´hood. He hops at top-speed for no particular reason, just to show off his well-developed muscular hind legs. He had a mishap a few weeks ago while racing Mike from across the street: he ran head-first into a brick wall and damaged his poor little pink nose.	SOLD
	Seymour Seymour is best friends with the neighborhood stray cats. He often risks his own life to bring them morsels from the garden and they return the favor by bringing him table scraps they manage to get from sympathetic people. He is an outcast from the other rabbits, due to his close association with the potentially dangerous felines.	SOLD
	Rose Rose has 423 brothers and sisters. She is embarassed by her addiction to lettuce and carrots, as it often leads her into people´s yards uninvited. She enjoys decorating her rabbit hole with found objects such as yarn and paper clips.	SOLD

	Pinkie Pinkie is the cleanest of the pigs in the sty. She is known to be quite fastidious and even tidies up after the other piggies. Her dirty little secret is that her coordinating polka-dots that she wears hide clumps of dirt on her skin!	SOLD
